CAPSTONE COMMUNITY ACTION INC is seeking a Home Visitor to join their Barre/Berlin team. This full-time role involves supporting families in enhancing their skills as primary educators for their children. Responsibilities include working with a caseload to provide individualized services and developing expertise in preschool development. Candidates should have a CDA or equivalent, experience with preschoolers, and a flexible schedule, with competitive pay ranging from $19.13 to $24.80 per hour and an array of benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum CDA or relevant degree in early childhood education.
• Experience with preschool children and understanding parenting issues.
• Ability to commit to flexible work schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
