Harris County Department of Education HEAD START - MULTIPLE CAMPUS LOCATIONS in Houston, TX is seeking a Family Services Provider to recruit and enroll students and provide parent-driven, family-centered case management services. Responsibilities include coordinating Head Start services, engaging families and community partners, and maintaining confidential records.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, two years of social work experience, and strong communication skills; bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work/human services or related field with credential if needed.
• Two years of experience in social work or related area, with caseload management.
• Must be able to coordinate services for preschool children and families.

Responsibilities

• Model HCDE and Head Start’s mission, vision, and values.
• Assist campus management with daily operations.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver Head Start services.
• Identify and recruit eligible students and plan recruitment events.
• Enroll students on an ongoing basis.
• Develop partnerships with families and community resources.
• Support family engagement activities and parent committees.
• Maintain confidential documentation and data entry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
