Job summary

STEP, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead family services, family engagement, and ERSEA activities within our Head Start and Early Head Start programs.

You will supervise Family Advocates, oversee enrollment and attendance, and strengthen community partnerships. The successful candidate will use STEP's Whole Family Approach to help families achieve their goals, work collaboratively with staff and partners, and promote access to high-quality early

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, family studies, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in family services, case management, or community-based programs.
• Supervisory experience preferred; Head Start/Early Head Start and ERSEA experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead family services, family engagement, and ERSEA activities within Head Start and Early Head Start.
• Supervise Family Advocates and oversee enrollment and attendance processes.
• Strengthen community partnerships and support families to reach goals.
• Apply STEP's Whole Family Approach to service delivery.
