Job summary

Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation is looking for a Family Coach to join our Head Start Program in Arnold, Missouri. This on-site role supports families in achieving self-sufficiency by providing educational resources, health guidance, and community partnership building.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in social sciences and at least 2 years of relevant experience working with low-income families. Compensation starts at $16.97 per hour with benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 social service credits or 2 years work experience in social services.
• At least 2 years documented work experience in family development or social work preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage families in discussions about educational options and plan for transitions.
• Directly provide education on nutrition, health, and family wellness.
• Monitor and document daily attendance and concerns with families.
