Job summary

Crystal Stairs, Inc. seeks an Early Head Start - Education Coordinator to design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate high-quality education services for infants to preschoolers in family child care settings.

You will train staff, oversee program readiness goals, and provide leadership to the Early Head Start team. The role requires a BA in a related field, a California Supervisors Permit or eligibility, and 3+ years working with families.

Qualifications

• BA in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Human Development or related field.
• California Program Supervisors Permit or eligible.
• Three or more years of experience working with families in supportive environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality services to children.
• Plan and implement a comprehensive child development program aligned with Head Start.
• Provide monitoring and technical assistance to partners delivering quality Early Head Start.
