Responsibilities

• Supervise Head Start Teachers and Teacher Assistants.
• Coordinate education program per Head Start standards and plan.
• Develop annual education component plan with stakeholders.
• Support parent involvement and monitor lesson plans and progress.
• Ensure confidentiality and manage participant files.
• Provide training and support to staff on disabilities and IEPs.
• Attend meetings and report on program progress.
