Zusammenfassung

Community Action Head Start & Early Learning Programs is seeking a Head Start Cook to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for infants, toddlers, and preschool children in Northampton. The position is a year-round, full-time role with 37.5 hours/week during the school year and 35 hours/week in 14 weeks of summer.

A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of cooking experience are required, plus SERV Safe and allergen awareness certifications. Must maintain a good driving record.

Head Start Cook (Northampton)

Community Action Head Start & Early Learning Programs has a unique opportunity for a food service professional. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and have a passion for cooking for children, including preparing nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks for infant/toddler and preschool aged children.

This is a 37.5hrs/week school year, 35 hrs/week summer months (14 weeks) position. High school diploma or GED and 1 years cooking experience, current SERV safe and allergen awareness certifications. Must have a good driving record. Excellent benefits, training, supervision and collaborative environment. Pay range is: $20.38 $21.62

Employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background investigation, including CORI, DCF, SORI and fingerprint-based checks.
