Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 12 ECE/Child Development units or enrollment in VOALA apprenticeship program.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a developmentally appropriate environment to support social, emotional, and physical growth.
• Plan classroom activities, maintain records, and conduct observations and assessments.
• Support family engagement and parent education as part of Head Start services.
• Work on-site daily and adhere to licensing, health, and safety requirements.
