Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent focus on care and development of preschoolers (3–5 years).
• If not, a Bachelor's degree in any subject with at least 18 ECE credits and 6 months of preschool experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily/weekly classroom activities to meet 8 education domains.
• Supervise and direct the Assistant Teacher and Child Care Workers.
• Maintain and verify equipment, supplies, and reports; participate in home visits and parent-teacher conferences.
• Drive own vehicle if required and maintain proof of insurance; comply with background checks.
