Inter-lakes Community Action Partnership in Watertown, SD is seeking a Classroom Aide to support teachers in daily activities and foster a safe, welcoming learning environment. The role focuses on assisting with lessons, transitions, and maintaining orderly spaces for young learners.

The position offers part-time hours (30 hours/week, 39 weeks/year) with benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off. Compensation includes a pay range of $13.66–$19.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of experience and/or training working with children (preschool or infant/toddler experience preferred).

Your Mission
