Inter-lakes Community Action Partnership is seeking an Assistant Teacher to help turn everyday moments into meaningful learning. You’ll support a lead teacher to help children grow socially, intellectually, and emotionally in a steady, encouraging setting.

You’ll participate in planning, supervise children, and help maintain routines to keep the day running smoothly in a safe, welcoming environment.

Your Classroom Impact

As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll help turn everyday moments into meaningful learning—supporting a lead teacher so children can grow socially, intellectually, and emotionally in a steady, encouraging setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Support lesson planning and classroom instruction alongside the teacher
• Help maintain a safe, caring space where children are supervised and supported
• Keep routines organized so the classroom runs smoothly throughout the day

Required Qualifications

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, OR
• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent field) with experience

Pay: $15.83–$22.35 per hour, based on education and experience.
