Job summary

Sunrise Childrens Foundation in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Center Director to oversee infant/toddler classrooms within Early Head Start locations. You will guide teachers, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

The role requires a CDA Infant/Toddler Credential with 12 ECE units, and strong leadership to manage enrollment, data, and parent engagement. A helpful bilingual skill is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CDA Infant/Toddler Credential with 12 ECE units required.
• Minimum 3 months of supervised field experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide, model, and support teachers; ensure screenings occur timely.
• Supervise center activities to maintain safety and health.
• Assist with enrollment policies; maintain attendance records.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and inventory of equipment.
• Maintain records and analyze data for evaluating and planning services.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and families.
• Plan transitions, attend meetings, and implement safety procedures.
