The Agricultural and Labor Program, Inc. (ALPI) seeks a Child Development Services Manager to oversee Head Start/Early Head Start centers with 120+ children. You will manage operations, ensure program compliance, and supervise center staff under the Program Operations Director.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or an Associate degree with supervisory experience and a Florida Child Care Certificate; Director’s Credential is required. This full-time role offers $57K and is based at ALPI Child Dev.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in education, business or public administration or related field with two years supervision/budgeting experience.
• Or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and six years related job experience; some supervision preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee center(s) to ensure planning, reporting, ERSEA, HR, monitoring and evaluation are implemented.
• Coordinate with Program Operations Director and Management staff for health, nutrition, disabilities, family & community, transportation, education and early childhood development services.
• Ensure staff plan and execute age-appropriate activities and that services meet program plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and maintain staff personnel files.
• Develop plans, assign work, appraise performance and manage staffing levels.
• Monitor staffing PD plans and attendance to achieve 85%+ enrollment.

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Business/Public Administration or related

Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education with 6 years supervision experience
