Job summary

The Agricultural and Labor Program, Inc. (The ALPI) seeks a Division Director with LIHEAP-CSBG experience to lead its Children and Family Services Division in Florida.

You will supervise, budget, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while guiding program performance and outcomes. Under COO supervision, you will manage intake processes, learning environments, and staff development, advancing service delivery for children, families, and farmworkers within a private nonprofit

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory, fiscal management and program administration experience.
• Familiarity with division laws, regulations, standards, and philosophy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate to children, customers, families and staff.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Compliance with regulations at the federal, state and local levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administration of the Division in accordance with regulations and guidelines established by this Agency.
• Supervise managers and staff to ensure compliance with the Agency's policies and guidelines.
• Prepare, communicate, monitor, and manage the Division budgets.
• Submit accurate grant applications and program performance reports timely.
• Coordinate governance and community needs assessments with stakeholders.
• Attend governance and other community partner meetings to support division goals.
