Central Kentucky Community Action Council Inc. is seeking a part-time Head Start Bus Driver in Elizabethtown, KY. The role transports students to and from Head Start centers, ensuring passenger safety and vehicle compliance with all regulations.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license with no recent violations, CDL, First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4 hours per day, at $19.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no points in the past 2 years.
• Must possess personal liability insurance.
• Must possess a valid CDL.
• Must possess a valid First Aid/CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift/move objects weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Must lift from floor to 18 in. above shoulder.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from Head Start centers and approved sites.
• Maintain safety of passengers and school vehicles.
• Ensure routes and schedules comply with regulations.
• Complete documentation and recordkeeping per policies.
• Maintain agency property and vehicle cleanliness.

# Head Start Bus DriverElizabethtown, KY Part-Time---JOB PURPOSE: The Head Start bus driver transports students to and from Head Start centers and other approved sites while ensuring the safety of passengers.
