Aura Head Spa | Ridgewood invites you to join a premium head spa team dedicated to delivering a luxurious guest experience in a fast-growing wellness brand. You will perform scalp and hair treatments, educate clients on scalp care, and help drive memberships and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months spa, salon, or luxury service experience.
• Strong hospitality and client service skills.
• Experience in massage, esthetics, or scalp care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide soothing, luxurious Aura experience to every guest.
• Perform all head spa services with consistency, confidence, and professionalism.
• Complete services including scalp & hair cleansing, exfoliation, shampooing, conditioning, hydration, steaming, massage, aromatherapy, and Aura signature techniques.
• Evaluate scalp and hair conditions and offer tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on benefits of ongoing scalp care and regular visits.
