Job summary

Qualifications

• Has the ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Has previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport.
• Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and willingness to update methods.
• Must serve as a positive role model for student athletes through actions and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Has thorough knowledge of athletic policies and ensures staff compliance.
• Knows applicable system, state and league regulations and interprets them for staff.
• Adheres to proper command structure and attends required meetings.
