The coach will design training, manage practices and travel, monitor academics, promote sport spirit, and work with staff and parents to ensure success on and off the field.

Qualifications

• High school or collegiate level coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of softball techniques, strategies, and rules of the game.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to enhance players' skills.

Requirements

• - Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
• - Strong knowledge of softball techniques, strategies, and rules of the game.
• - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to reach their full potential.
• - First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• - A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• - Must pass a background check as required by school district policies.
• - Availability to work evenings and weekends during the season.
• - A passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field.
