Job summary

Saint Mary's College High School seeks a seasonal, part-time Head Coach to lead the athletic program for the spring season. You will teach fundamentals, rules, skills, strategies, conditioning, and team concepts while supporting student-athletes during practices and competitions.

The role promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and personal growth in a positive, inclusive, and safe environment, working with the Director of Athletics and coaching staff.

• Lead the athletic program during the Spring 2027 season.

• Support student-athletes during practices and competitions.

Job description

The Head Coach is a seasonal, part-time position responsible for leading the athletic program during its season. The coach teaches the fundamentals, rules, skills, strategies, conditioning, and team concepts of the sport while supporting student-athletes during practices and competitions. The coach promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and personal growth while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe team environment.

The Head Coach supports the mission and values of Saint Mary’s College High School and works cooperatively with the Director of Athletics, assistant coaches, student-athletes, families, and staff.
