Job summary

TOCA Soccer is seeking a Head Soccer Coach in Richmond, OH. You will lead the TOCA Training program, manage staff, and drive participant growth while ensuring an outstanding player and family experience.

Qualifications

• USSF/CSA/UEFA coaching license (minimum D level) required.
• Strong knowledge of local club, recreational and school soccer programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead community partnerships, marketing & sales enablement to grow the program.
• Ensure weekly program goals with tracking of sessions and revenue targets.
• Coach, supervise and develop trainers; uphold TOCA Training standards.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for players and families.
