Job summary

Illumio, a leader in ransomware and breach containment, seeks an experienced product manager to define the strategic vision for Zero Trust, micro-segmentation, and automated breach containment. You will work with engineers, partners, and enterprise customers to shape roadmaps for secure hybrid multi-cloud environments.

You will own multi-year roadmaps, guide AI/ML features, and mentor a PM team. Deep security domain expertise and a track record shipping enterprise SaaS are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or closely related roles in enterprise security or networking.
• 5+ years shipping analytics, detection, or workflow products in network security or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers.
• Deep domain expertise in network traffic analysis, security analytics, or detection and response.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for advanced security workflows within the Insights platform.
• Drive the product strategy for advanced threat detection and behavioral analysis for SOC environments.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define requirements and deliver capabilities through agile cycles.
• Collaborate with field teams, customers, and strategic partners to validate PMF.
• Develop the innovation roadmap for AI/ML-assisted features that streamline security investigations.
• Lead product planning for platform integrations with ecosystem tools.
• Own competitive positioning with product marketing to articulate Illumio’s value.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers.
