The Director of Web Development leads strategy, governance, and evolution of the company’s multi-brand web ecosystem, guiding UX/UI, CMS operations, publishing workflows, and external partners to deliver

Qualifikationen

Experience leading enterprise web operations and digital experiences in a complex org.
Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, web infra, UX/UI, and CRO best practices.
Experience with headless CMS environments like Storyblok, Contentful, WordPress.

Aufgaben

Lead strategy, operations, and evolution of a multi-brand web ecosystem.
Direct platform strategy, tech roadmaps, and long-term scalability.
Establish governance and scalable processes for accessible, secure web experiences.
Guide teams to balance brand consistency with product needs across units.
Incorporate SEO/AEO, analytics, personalization, and conversion requirements.
Oversee performance, usability, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
Direct web initiatives including migrations, consolidations, and rebrands.
