Job summary

Peec AI is seeking a Web Experience Lead to own and shape the website as a core part of our product and growth engine. You’ll oversee structure, UX, messaging, design quality, and performance to clearly communicate our product and convert visitors into engaged users.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to improve journeys and drive organic traffic. Based in New York, this on-site role combines hands-on CMS work (Webflow, Framer, headless setups) with strategic direction,

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning and evolving a website at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with strong design bar.
• Strong product and UX sensibility focusing on navigation, clarity, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with modern CMS and web tooling (Webflow, Framer, headless setups).
• Experience with CRO, analytics, and performance marketing-driven landing pages.
• Demonstrates high taste, judgment, ownership, and proactive execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the Peec website end-to-end from first impression to product signup.
• Oversee structure, UX, design quality, messaging, and site performance.
• Increase organic traffic through SEO foundations and content architecture.
• Lead iterations across homepage, product pages, pricing, blog/docs, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to reflect product quality and narrative.
• Coordinate designers and collaborators with clear direction.
