Job summary

American Savings Bank seeks a dynamic leader to head the Financial Advisory group in Honolulu. You will manage an active team of Financial Advisors and Associate Financial Advisors, mentoring them to achieve advisory, insurance, and recurring revenue goals.

You will drive a holistic planning approach, train on discovery and information gathering, and ensure high client experience while collaborating with branch staff and Cetera requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years direct selling experience in securities or insurance.
• Minimum five years of hiring and managing a team with coaching and motivation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Financial Advisors and Associate Financial Advisors to drive growth.
• Train teams on consultative sales processes and holistic financial planning.
• Coordinate with branch staff and manage advisor performance.
• Oversee advisory, insurance, and annuity product reviews and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Develop business plans with each FA/AFA and monitor progress.
