This role connects customers, commercial teams, product, engineering, and operations as Matter moves from pilots to repeatable intelligence products, requiring strong leadership in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading product development for technically complex products or services.
Ability to translate customer workflows into clear requirements, priorities, and execution plans.
Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with evolving products and incomplete information.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and maintain a roadmap that reflects customer priorities, technical readiness, and company objectives.
Turn customer problems and field feedback into clear product requirements and prioritization decisions.
Define deployment plans, readiness criteria, and operating handoffs for customer pilots and production programs.
Coordinate across commercial, engineering, data, and operations teams to resolve tradeoffs and keep delivery on track.
Create a disciplined feedback loop that measures product performance and informs the next iteration.
