Job summary

YouLend is hiring a Head of Collections, US to take ownership of collections performance across the US. You will inherit a small, capable team of five agents, transforming the function and building scalable hiring, onboarding, and training processes before moving into advanced analytics and strategic levers.

• Owned collections outcomes and KPIs with clear decision context.
• Led a small team with independent hiring and training.
• Proven track record of developing people and accountability.
• Worked in a transforming collections function, not a mature system.
• Experience in US market with regulatory exposure.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid growth.
• Proactive, with urgency and extreme ownership.
• Exposure to credit and lending domains and analytics-driven decisions.
• Designed and evolved collections strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own US portfolio performance metrics: cure rates, repayment speeds, cost-to-collect, losses.
• Design and evolve segmentation, treatment paths, and contact strategies.
• Lead, develop and upgrade the team; sustain a high-performance culture.
• Define structure, governance, workflows and cadence to scale the function.
