Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Director to lead University Relations & Early Career Programs from its HQ with hybrid work in Charlotte, NC and travel to universities. You will design strategies, governance, and partnerships that shape the talent pipeline for engineers and business talent, driving internships, co-ops, and development programs globally.

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading university relations, campus recruiting, early career talent, or related programs.
• Proven success building large-scale talent strategies in a matrixed organisation.
• Experience forming partnerships with universities and external talent orgs.
• Global team leadership, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication, influencing skills, and alignment of enterprise priorities.
• Expertise in recruiting metrics, analytics, and program measurement.
