Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology development, business technology, product management, software platforms, or related fields.
• Translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead complex technology initiatives across business and technology organizations.
• Understand technology development lifecycles and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Influence stakeholders and build relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Manage technology portfolios, budgets, and resource planning.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare, PBM, underwriting, pricing, actuarial, or financial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for underwriting and pricing operations.
• Translate business needs into technology priorities and ensure alignment with market and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and user experience across underwriting tools.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance underwriting capabilities and efficiency.
• Lead development and enhancement of underwriting systems and tools for pricing proposals.
• Partner with DDAT to drive design, modernization, and priority execution.
• Ensure platforms support algorithms, business rules, models, and workflows.
• Oversee production support and continuous improvement for platform performance.
• Lead a portfolio of underwriting technology initiatives with governance and milestones.
• Manage budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive disciplined execution and measure business value of investments.
• Collaborate with underwriting, finance, actuarial, analytics, and DDAT teams.
