Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology development, business technology, product management, software platforms, or related fields.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives across business and technology organizations.
• Strong understanding of technology development lifecycles and partnering with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience managing technology portfolios, budgets, and resource planning.
• Healthcare, PBM, underwriting, pricing, actuarial, or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap supporting underwriting and pricing operations.
• Translate business needs into technology priorities, ensuring platforms align with market, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and user experience across underwriting tools and processes.
• Oversee development and support of systems that configure pricing assumptions and generate client pricing proposals.
• Lead governance, roadmaps, and delivery plans for a portfolio of underwriting technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with DDAT to drive platform modernization and solution design.
• Ensure platforms support complex algorithms, rules, models, and workflows.
• Drive production support and continuous improvement for performance and usability.
