Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology development, business technology, product management, software platforms, or related fields.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives across organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare, PBM, underwriting, pricing, actuarial, or financial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for underwriting and pricing.
• Translate business needs into technology priorities for compliant platforms.
• Lead development and enhancement of underwriting systems and tools.
• Partner with DDAT to drive design, modernization, and delivery.
• Oversee production support and continuous improvement of platforms.
• Manage governance, roadmaps, and delivery plans for initiatives.
