Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 18+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience.
• 10+ years in HCP-facing brand marketing roles of increasing responsibility.
• Experience marketing a blockbuster or high-growth/high-potential specialty product.
• Demonstrated success in building and actualizing HCP marketing strategy within regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the HCP marketing strategy and annual brand plan for Rezdiffra.
• Translate research and analytics into differentiated brand positioning for HCPs.
• Lead non-personal promotion and congress strategy.
• Oversee KOL engagement, advisory boards, and speaker programs.
