Job summary

Quovis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations leader to drive a transformational agenda across a multi-site manufacturing division in Gallatin, TN.

You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth, while partnering with Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to align strategy with growth goals. The role requires 5+ years in operations leadership, a strong executive presence, and a proven ability to lead through change in a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or manufacturing leadership, ideally in a multi-site environment.
• Direct experience with plant expansions, footprint optimization, or large-scale operational change.
• Solid grounding in manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and supply chain flow.
• Track record of leading through change with emotional intelligence.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel regularly (roughly one multi-day trip per month).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the division's operations strategy in direct alignment with business and growth objectives.
• Lead multi-site manufacturing operations to deliver growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Drive optimization of the manufacturing footprint with a glide-path plan.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
• Serve as a key voice on the Division Leadership Team.
• Champion enterprise-proven operational excellence principles across sites.
• Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Build scalable systems, standard work, and lasting results.
• Diagnose performance gaps quickly with data-backed corrective action.
• Champion simplification and value-stream optimization across the network.
• Lead and develop a team of 9 direct reports including Plant Manager and functional leaders.
• Build bench strength through succession planning and workforce planning.
• Modernize the labor model for a new generation of manufacturing talent.
• Capture institutional knowledge while bringing fresh energy to the floor.
• Foster ownership and continuous improvement culture; own safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.
