This leadership role requires collaboration across departments and entails overseeing training initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will have over 10 years in commercial or medical functions within the biotech industry, with significant experience in training leadership. The role offers a hybrid work model requiring in-office attendance 2-3 times per week in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or medical functions within the Biotech/Pharma industry.
• 5+ years of experience in training leadership; experience in field team training preferred.
• Proven track record of effectively collaborating with a Leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Establish an ‘industry-best’ training department for organizational learning.
• Lead the definition and implementation of the most effective learning mix.
• Contribute to the implementation of the training curriculum to support our organization.
