Job summary

Eclaro is seeking a Head of Infrastructure in Huntersville, NC to lead the firm's infrastructure and cybersecurity operations across data centers and remote environments. You will drive architecture, reliability, and security while shaping DR plans and incident response.

You will manage a five-person team, own budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure scalable, compliant trading infrastructure for a global client base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure leadership roles.
• Infrastructure exposure in broker-dealer/trading environments.
• Experience with low-latency trading, exchange connectivity, market data networks.
• Deep knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, security, and storage.
• Cybersecurity expertise: IDS/IPS, monitoring, vulnerability mgmt, incident containment.
• Ownership of disaster recovery, business continuity, and DR testing.
• Experience with SDLC security, automated release pipelines, and production rollback.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and cybersecurity operations across data centers and remote users.
• Manage a five-person team and hire as needed.
• Own infrastructure architecture, production reliability, security, and DR.
• Oversee incident response, vendor management, and budgeting.
