Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with significant coursework in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, HR and/or accounting.
- At least 10 years in compensation, benefits, wellness and rewards across retirement, health and welfare.
- Leadership and budgeting experience in a large organization.
Responsibilities
- Define total rewards strategy and governance across the organization.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure market competitiveness and alignment to goals.
- Lead Lab-wide total rewards initiatives with cross-functional HR and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance in rewards programs.
- Manage vendor relationships and budget for rewards programs.
