Job summary

Resilient Structures (RS) seeks a Director of Total Quality to lead quality across multiple manufacturing sites, embedding quality into daily operations at the Humble, TX facility. You will align cross-functional partners and drive governance, metrics, and corrective actions to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing
• Ability to influence across functions in a matrixed organization
• Experience embedding quality into engineering and production systems (FMEA, control plans, change management)
• Experience with customer-facing quality issues and supplier quality systems
• Lean or Six Sigma exposure is preferred
• Strong grounding in ISO 9001 and QMS

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance the Quality System across sites, aligning with ISO standards
• Drive data-driven improvements and publish enterprise dashboards and metrics
• Embed quality into engineering, changes, new product introductions and production readiness
• Own Total Customer Quality, VOC, CTQ, and field performance through corrective actions
• Lead supplier quality and supplier performance management across sites
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings
