DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank is seeking a Director of Processing Operations in Nashville, TN. The role leads processing activities, aligns department goals with overall strategy, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality tissue products.

The ideal candidate has tissue banking leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and budgeting skills. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred).
• 3 years of tissue banking leadership experience required.
• CTBS certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; pass MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing operations, headcount, schedules to meet demand and on-time delivery.
• Manage day-to-day processing operations including planning, staffing, and equipment oversight.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across processing departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction of final product quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor processing leadership and develop growth plans.
• Assist in preparing annual processing operations budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
