Kalahari Resorts LLC invites applications for the Theme Shop Carpenter position at our Wisconsin Dells site. You will contribute from drafting to rigging, applying wood, plastic, metal, and painting techniques to bring resort visions to life.

Qualifications

• Effective English reading and communication skills.
• 5 years professional experience preferred.
• Concrete background is a plus.
• Ability to do physical work; stand, lift, repetitive motion, etc.
• Desire to continually learn and improve.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Ability to execute and analyze drawings for the purpose of construction and rigging.
• Accurately manufacture and assemble components of variable materials to design specs.
• Operate and maintain woodworking equipment such as saws, routers, sanders etc.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process to optimize efficiencies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project completion.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
