Job summary

Qvest US seeks a Head of Technology to guide internal tech strategy, oversee systems, and implement new solutions aligned with growth. You will manage the annual technology budget with leadership and ensure security, reliability, and scalability across our infrastructure.

Lead a team of system owners, drive projects on time and within scope, and report performance metrics to senior leadership. Collaborate with the CFO and executives to balance innovation with risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development and IT infrastructure.
• 2+ years in technology leadership with proven strategy delivery.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with cloud architecture, security, data governance, and compliant practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify and prioritize key technology needs with leadership.
• Oversee security, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure.
• Manage technology projects to meet scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and manage annual technology budget with CFO and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of system owners and drive continuous improvement.
• Report technology performance metrics to senior leadership.
