Qualifications
- 8+ years in Technical Architecture or related enterprise SaaS roles.
- 3+ years leading architecture or consulting teams, with distributed teams.
- Experience delivering complex SaaS implementations and integrations.
- Understanding of product-led delivery and repeatable solution patterns.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Americas Technical Architecture team, hiring and coaching.
- Define scope, assess effort, risks, and align delivery with business value.
- Improve planning, forecasting, risk management, and delivery health.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with Product for roadmap feedback and AI enablement.
- Promote responsible AI and scalable patterns across teams.
