Job summary

Five Keys is seeking an Assistant Director of TAY Rapid Rehousing to oversee multiple re-housing contracts and supervise a team of care managers. You will drive program policies, partnerships, and outcomes, while partnering with housing agencies to deliver high quality, trauma-informed services.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to equity and positive outcomes for unhoused individuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum one year of paid experience serving homeless populations.
• Associates Degree with minimum three years of paid experience serving homeless populations.
• Five years of paid experience serving homeless populations.
• Supervisory experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Director of Rehousing and leaders to explore strategic opportunities for housing guests and participants.
• Collaborates with program partners to ensure quality service delivery and cross-team cooperation.
• Develops and manages care coordination policies to meet contractual obligations.
• Recommends policies to improve department efficiency and service performance.
• Supports staff with positive communication and professional development.
• Oversees program evaluation and quality assurance with government agencies.
• Represents Five Keys at partner meetings and in coalitions.
• Prepares reports on care coordination services and gaps for leadership and funders.
• Ensures compliance training and safety procedures are followed.
