Job summary

Duolingo in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Head of Talent Management Programs & PMO to architect and run Duolingo's core talent systems, spanning performance, promotions, succession, and manager enablement. You will own the Talent Management & Rewards roadmap and drive a data-led, scalable operating cadence.

You will apply lean PMO methods, build dashboards, and partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to align initiatives with Duolingo's clock speed.

Qualifications

8+ years in Talent Management and related roles.
Experience building or leading a PMO with multi-stakeholder programs.
Strong data fluency and dashboard capabilities.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder alignment.
Familiarity with AI tools in talent program design.

Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of core talent cycles, including performance management and promotion frameworks.
Architect standardized competency models and clear career ladders.
Design and facilitate talent reviews and succession pipelines.
Partner with managers to enable high-performing teams with tools and insights.
Own the TMR roadmap and ensure on-time delivery with lean governance.
