The Head of Talent Development will be responsible for developing and executing learning curriculums, content, and learning infrastructure across the organization globally. In addition, the role oversees the feedback process and formal reviews as well as the overall performance development philosophy and process. The ideal candidate has proven experience curating training and development programs from scratch and will know what it takes to improve upon existing programs. The role reports to Global Head of People and is currently supported by two professionals. This individual will need to be present in one of our US offices (Boston, New York, Chicago) at least 3 days per week with travel to other locations.

Compensation : 130-150K USD + 20% target annual bonus + eligibility for long-term incentive plan. Stax operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy, and total annual cash compensation may vary based on firm and individual performance.
