Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing systems software engineering team to deliver robust Linux kernel features, hardware platform enablement, and advanced NVMe fabric protocols.
• Release Execution & Quality Ownership: Own end-to-end software delivery for core platform releases, with roadmaps and phased rollout strategies.
• Partner & Vendor Technical Management: Direct technical engagements with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party deliverables.
• Strategic Alignment & Platform Impact: Align team goals with business objectives, translating complex architecture into scalable execution.
