Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a leader for the Supply Chain Technology team in a hybrid on-site role in Charlotte, NC. You will own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operational support of enterprise integrations, automation, and AI initiatives that create measurable business value.

You will drive governance, security, and resilience across the portfolio while mentoring a team to deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technology teams, integrations, automation, or AI initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, security controls, data governance, and enterprise technology standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and optimization of Supply Chain Technology solutions.
• Oversee integrations, automation, and AI to meet objectives and standards.
• Define security, resiliency, backup, and governance strategies.
• Develop and manage the Supply Chain Technology roadmap with stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, secure delivery team.
