Job summary

Inter IKEA Group seeks a Risk Management & Compliance leader focused on Supply Chain Security for the Americas. You will safeguard People, Assets and Brand by ensuring SCS compliance across end-to-end supply chains and building a regional program.

You\'ll lead governance, incident management, and training, collaborating with authorities and business partners to identify risks and drive a culture of risk awareness in a dynamic, global retail organization.

Qualifications

• Well-versed in Supply Chain Security programs (AEO, OEA, PIP) and related regulations.
• Strong leadership to work with all levels and external authorities in a complex environment.
• Extensive knowledge of risk assessment methodology.
• Ability to document Supply Chain Security reviews and investigations clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the SCS program and governance in the region.
• Lead compliance across end-to-end Americas supply chain.
• Conduct investigations and root cause analyses of SCS incidents.
• Report status, incidents, trends, and actions to relevant management.
• Provide training to build SCS competence in the business.
• Collaborate with authorities and brand users across the region.
