Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; six years of progressively responsible experience including at least three years in a managerial role.
• Experience supervising professional and paraprofessional staff.
• Experience in advising, career development or counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with diverse populations; public speaking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, direction, and administrative oversight for university-wide student success and career initiatives.
• Oversee ASCC operations, budgets, programs, services, and resources; align with DAESA goals.
• Foster data-informed decision making and equitable student support practices.
• Represent ASCC on university committees and external partnerships.
