Job summary
Agility Robotics seeks a Vice President of Strategic Program Management (SPMO) to own program management discipline across new product development and launches. You will build and lead TPMs, drive portfolio prioritization, and report to the COO, coordinating across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
You will coach TPMs, intervene on at-risk programs, and provide executive-level visibility on health, tradeoffs, and decisions.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of technical program or project management experience, including 5+ years in people leadership.
- Experience leading hardware/NPI/NPD programs in robotics or complex electromechanical products.
- Track record building or scaling a PMO/SPMO in a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Owns discipline, structure, and rigor of program management across new product development and launches.
- Build and lead a team of Technical Program Managers.
- Communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs to exec leadership and board-level audiences.
- Partner across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality functions.
