Fuse is seeking a senior business development leader to build our go-to-market motion, focusing on radiation-hardening and testing partnerships with semiconductor and electronics players. You will structure first-of-a-kind agreements to provide testing access, investment, and durable collaborations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial negotiations, business development, or investment in semiconductors/electronics.
• Experience developing and negotiating complex, first-of-a-kind partnerships.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional programs in a changing technical environment.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for the full sales cycle, from qualifying and developing leads through negotiation and close.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize attractive commercial partners and project opportunities.
• Drive complex agreements including joint development and strategic investments.
• Build consensus with internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals and investment.
• Develop scalable partnership approaches to commercialize testing and hardening capabilities.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the semiconductor/electronics landscape and market needs.
