A leading quantitative trading firm is seeking a Head of Site Reliability Engineering to help scale one of its most critical infrastructure organisations.

You will work closely with senior engineering leadership before taking responsibility for a team of SREs. This is a high-profile leadership role with significant influence over the future direction of the firm's infrastructure platform, engineering organisation, and reliability strategy.

The SRE function sits at the heart of the firm's trading platform. In an environment where markets move in milliseconds, reliability is a competitive advantage. What We're Looking For
